Choose from our 2 houses designed atop the mountain ridge offering endless views and total privacy. Delight in the finca’s home-grown products around our 20 hectares: tropical fruits, a vegetable garden, and pasture-raised animals. Dining with the Cantina de la Finca, food and drinks are brought up directly to you. You may also pick and eat all of the estate’s fruits at will (mangoes, bananas, avocados, cacao, guamas, limes, oranges, cocos, zapotes, nisperos, papayas, guanabanas, etc). The property is bordered by 750m of the Rio San Salvador with private sandy beaches. Bottled downstream for Palomino residents, bask in the river’s in pure drinkable source water for an unforgettable swim in enchanting crystal waters surrounded by centenary trees. CASA NUBES
La Casa Nubes. Come to relax in this large, open, 200m2 house, high up amongst the trees and above the clouds, facing the Caribbean Sea on one side, and the Sierra Nevada on the other. Surrounded by the flights of the guacamayas, toucans, and eagles, revel as families of howler monkeys hop around the canopy below. The house is split into 2 buildings. The first building features a large, fully-equipped kitchen with two dining areas, made entirely of smooth concrete. Upstairs, a great open shower and washroom with wraparound table-ledges and seating. In the second building, the master bedroom opens onto 2 covered terraces with splendid views of the sea and mountains. The queen bed is complemented by 2 individual rolling beds which serve as daybeds or as additional sleeping beds with their own space on the indoor/outdoor terraces. Upstairs is a grand open floor of 80m2 with an arranged nook composed of a large table and lounging mattresses, covered by an observation/meditation tower & deck known as “the nest”. On one side, below the two main buildings, find the wc with washbasin and showerhead. Under a large tree on the other side, an additional outdoor shower awaits. Sleeps up to 8 with possibility to add 2 hammocks. A few steps down the path, facing the sea, discover an infinity pool to chill after a swim in the river.
CASA BLANCA
La Casa Blanca. Enjoy this unique observation tower and deck built especially to enjoy the breathtaking landscapes and vibrant wildlife of the Sierra Nevada. All-white, 4-story tower offering 360-degree views from the Sierra Nevada’s snowpeaks to the Caribbean Sea. At the top, on the 3rd floor, watch the birds migrating throughout the day from the striking panoramic terrace, which includes a sunbathing lounge, refreshing infinity pool, and wrap-around table-ledge and seats for observation, and celebrations with friends. On the second floor, a work area connected to the local power network; a large dining area seating up to 16 guests, ideal for parties and events; and a double-bed lounge for relaxing between the 2 spaces. A 25m2 wooden terrace with hammock and deckchairs completes this floor, overlooking the plunging jungle canopy below. On the first floor, a living room and work/dining area with a large table, and the queen bedroom with a washbasin. Finally, find the outdoor shower and bathroom downstairs. Right besides the house, another space for dining or relaxing under the shade of a magnificent hundred-year old palm tree. The White Tower comes together to provide sleeping arrangements of up to 3 double beds, one on each floor.
